Please ring reception and select option ONE. Please allow THREE FULL WORKING DAYS BETWEEN REQUESTING & COLLECTING YOUR MEDICATION!
MEDICATION REVIEWS
All patients on long term medications should be reviewed at least once a year by their doctor. If you are on particular medications or if your health condition requires more frequent monitoring we may ask you to come in more often than this.
YOU CAN ORDER A PRESCRIPTION THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
- By Manage My Health website/app
- By Phone or fax
- By post
- In person at reception
We are now using an electronic prescribing system and will send your prescriptions directly to Paeroa Pharmacy. If you want your script sent to a different Pharmacy please advise us when you order your script, note that additional charges may be incurred for sending scripts out of town.
